We know that plans can change at a moments notice. Subscribers are welcome to exchange tickets for different show times or venues. No hidden fees or red tape. Subscribers who can’t attend a concert and notify the box office at least 48 hours in advance will receive an account credit to be applied toward future single ticket purchases in the 2025/26 season.

What if I’m already a subscriber?

We’re grateful for your dedication and support! You’ll receive exclusive subscriber perks throughout the season, including 3-5 free tickets to Bring a Friend, and a unique discount code for 25% off any additional single ticket purchases. Plus, we’ll send you our program book a full two weeks early so you can read up on the music and our performers. Finally, you’ll be invited to our special events before they open up to the public.

What if I can’t attend a concert I’ve purchased as part of my subscription?

We know that plans can change in an instant. If you can’t attend a concert, please contact our Box Office 48 hours ahead of the concert and we’ll credit your account for the missed concert. You’re welcome to use the credit towards additional single ticket purchases in the concert season.

What if I want to attend but can’t afford a subscription?

We champion access to the arts through our groundbreaking Pay What You Can Program. These tickets offer access to patrons who may not otherwise be able to attend, offering equity to our audience members. Pay What You Can tickets are limited and not available for every performance; please contact our Box Office for more details for specific events.
