Your subscription is good for one performance at the venue of your choice for each regular season concert we play. Check out our current season concert page to see what we have coming up. If you sign up mid-season, you will see everything we play for 365 days which will include concerts from next season.
No matter when you sign up, you will have the chance to see 5 concerts every year.
No. Our monthly subscriptions are more flexible and as such, do not reserve a regular seat at every concert. You will always be seated in at least a level B seat and may even be eligible for a box seat "lottery" 1 to 2 times per year.
If you prefer to have a regular seat, check out our seasonal subscriptions.
We do not currently offer a monthly family pack subscription, however child tickets to every concert we play are just $10. We recommend purchasing a monthly single or pair subscription and then adding on child tickets a la carte for each concert. Subscribers may exchange from venue to venue for any given concert pending availability.
If you cannot make it to either venue for one of our concerts, you may exchange your concert tickets (pending availability) up to twice per year. For example, if you have a single monthly subscription and can't make it to either performance of concert 4 of the season, you could exchange your ticket for concert 5 and have 2 tickets for that concert.
Alternatively, you may select to donate your ticket and receive a tax-deduction letter for the value of your ticket.
No. Your monthly subscription is good for only our regular season concerts (performed 5 times a year at Symphony Center in Chicago and Wentz Concert Hall in Naperville.)
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time after you’ve made 3 monthly payments (or the equivalent total cash amount) by calling our box office at (312) 284-1554.
